After 22 years managing .co.zw, James Russel Holland, System Administrator at the .co.zw registry in Zimbabwe has seen how much the domain industry can evolve and where there is still room to grow. For him, one of the biggest opportunities is helping businesses move beyond relying solely on social media and understand the value of having their own website and domain name. Speaking at KeNIC's CcTLD Training Programme, James also shared his perspective on registry development, regional collaboration and growing domain registrations in Zimbabwe.
