Job Description

KeNIC is seeking a highly motivated and skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology and a strong desire to provide excellent customer service. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients in a fast-paced environment. You will be required to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, as well as provide training and support to end-users.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or in-person
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues
  • Install and configure software and hardware
  • Maintain and update documentation of IT systems and procedures
  • Provide training and support to end-users
  • Manage and maintain IT inventory
  • Participate in IT projects and initiatives
  • Collaborate with other IT team members to provide excellent customer service
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in IT support
  • Strong technical skills in hardware and software troubleshooting
  • Excellent customer service skills – Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Windows OS, and networking protocols
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks – Knowledge of ITIL framework is a plus
