The Kenya Network Information Centre (KeNIC) has started the year with a Performance Scorecard Development Workshop, setting the stage for the organization’s strategic direction for the next three years. The workshop, facilitated by Mr. Sirengo Maurice of Vision Consultant, provided a structured approach to defining KeNIC’s key priorities, performance indicators, and long-term vision.

At the core of this initiative is KeNIC’s commitment to aligning its objectives with measurable outcomes, ensuring continued growth, efficiency, and service excellence in domain registry operations.

Workshop Focus

During the session, KeNIC’s leadership and staff collaborated to:
